On 12/2/2010 my wife & I flew to Forest City, Iowa to pick up our new 2011 Winnebago View Profile Motor Home. We wanted to be the 1st to drive it, so we decided to buy it from a dealer located 1 mile from the Winnebago Factory. It was zero degrees when we arrived in Northern Iowa so we paid for our new coach and headed south to Florida the very next morning. As soon as we got on the interstate highways we noticed a significant vibration in the steering wheel. Not being new to driving new vehicles I immediately knew there was trouble with the front tires. We drove south to Tulsa, Oklahoma to visit with our son and his new bride on the way home. I told my son that I needed some help with my new tires before I left Tulsa and headed home. We went to the local Mercedes Benz dealer who said they could not help us with our problem because they didn't service Mercedes Benz Sprinter Chassis. Huh? They sent us to the Chrysler Dealership in Tulsa who also told us they could not service tires on a Mercedes Benz chassis. They sent us to the largest motor home dealer in Tulsa who said they could not work on Mercedes Benz chassis. They recommended we take our new coach to the Mercedes Benz dealer in Tulsa. Ha! My son suggested we go to an independent tire dealer in Tulsa for some advice. This company took the 2 front tires off the coach, spun them and told me they were not round. They wanted to "shave" them and put them back on the coach. I was concerned about them ruining the tires and not getting safely back to Fort Myers. They did rotate the tires 180 degrees on the rims and said, "Perhaps this well help." It didn't! The coach and the steering wheel continued to vibrate significantly for the remainder of the 2,000 miles back to Fort Myers, FL. But, I knew that help would await me in my hometown! The day after we returned home, I called the Mercedes Benz dealer in Fort Myers. After all, I was riding on a Mercedes Benz chassis with a Merc

Josh,
Thank you for the excellent service on my friend, Chrissy's, Infiniti Q45. I was impressed with the quick turnaround and the friendly, Christian-welcome atmosphere.
